Autoupdate was uneventful, 78 residues, seems fairly speedy. nice to have my main box back online. now for the server....

It maybe that a few people will get discouraged, it took me 7 attempts to start downloading the update. The update took 23.78 seconds (my watch), but it took me 15 minutes to connect.


Time for me to move up a ocuple more ranks with this protein. Producing does more than not producing. :bs:

Probably is a little slower due to being a larger protein.

heres a very rough benchmark:
im currently on structure 27 of gen 17, having started at the time of my last post
Athlon XP2100

so about 17.5 gens in 2 hours 24 mins

The worst thing is, my computer took around 4 hours for gen 0 on the last protein, but is going to take about 1.5 hours for this protein.

Where did that super-duper juice go? I think my computer needs more.

Oh, yeah it's labeled re-clock to stock. Cold fronts are my friend!!
