Yep folks, that's right. All of us here in Chester County, PA are flooded with close to 6 inches or rain between midnight and now (1:30PM). Our high school is flooded (and It was fun trying to get to homeroom in a foot of water), we have unstable power, and All of my boxen are moved to higher ground.

All of the family is here, the boxen are safe, the schools going to have to close tomorrow....
Charging all of the batteries, getting the water. We are supposed to get hit with the brunt of the hurricane. Glenn "Hurricane" Shwartz (my fav local weatherman) is telling us that hurricane force winds will affect all of the Philadelphia viewing area, and begin planning for cut-off from all communication, and for several days/a week without power and telephone/gas/radio. Get some emergency kit ready. Anyone know how to do that?? I need some help.
Dyy, can you get me stats for the next week in advance? I might need them to see how we are doing.
And I need Fozzie's Friday update today, to store away until Friday.
I hereby bequieth all of my boxes to Dyyryath if I die (I better not), so that he can use them to lay supreme smack on IB.
All you people on the west coast better borg some more, cause the east coast is gonna get screwed late this week into this weekend.
Or am I the only one on the east coast?

You seem pretty east from out here in Utah... Isn't Paratima in Florida?
Just be safe.... Not being able to fold to a couple of days, or a week, is a small problem, compared to being drowned..... Been through a few of these in Florida and New Orleans.... These things usually have a much worse bark than actual bite - just avoid doing stupid things like trying to drive through water of unknown depth running across the highway and you should be fine....
Umm - Dyyryath?? When you send him next weeks stats, could you, like, email me next weeks winning Powerball number, too? That would be really good. Thanks....

and here is another.....
note: the little shrubs you see sticking out of the water stand about 7-9 feet tall when the water is at normal levels.
Yes, it was raining.
I think I might take a few pictures rightafter the hurricane is finished raining....
(yes I do not value my life...)

Best luck that it stops raining soon. We had a flood here last year so I know how you feel now.
Uhmm .. does the typo in the thread-title mean anything special ("Cheater County PA") :)
