the word is "dyslexic" I believe--
refers to someonewith a disorder which causes letters and/or words to appear reversed.

kinda cool, it seems most english words are 5 or maybe 6 letters long. So that leaves only 3 or 4 letters that are transposed. From a pattern recognition point of view, that cuts down the possibilities quite abit. Also, humans process information based on context as well (unlike a straight up parser) so that cuts down possibilities even more. Then the way humans process visual information, it's kind of an outside in approach as far as attention is concerned (focus on movement, edges, contrast etc.. then on color, detail, filling in details from past exposure/memory/other senses when possible to speed up information uptake (like when a shadow at night looks like a person standing by the side of the road until you look closer at it)...)
