How do I fix this upload problem?

I'm trying to help Fozzie and I keep getting this - 400 lines/strucs worth. :(

Last line starts same but I get No Response from server...so I got tw problems..this can't read error and server up and down?

A -purgeuploadlist 1 purges the filelist.txt of everything (seemingly) it only lists the protein number next in line after the original filelist.txt stops. I've been trying with this for hours.

WTH do I need to do please?:scratch:

I'd start with the obvious... are any of those files named present?

I zipped using winrar the whole folder and all it's contents. It was uploaded to Chinasaur's public share on MAC.com

From their Chinasaur will have to pick up the story.
