For those of us who haven't been keeping track, we've got a protein changeover coming up on the 28th (just 3 days away). This changeover will include a new client update, too, so we'll need to be on our toes. Here's what Howard has to say:

We will be switching to a new protein on Tuesday, October 28, at 9 AM EST. The main difference for this protein will be scoring purely based on energy, and not RMSD - i.e., we won't be "cheating" in scoring the structures. Note that this update will include an update to the client as well as a new protein to work on.

I've let several of my machines lag recently while I've been occupied with other things (read: massive development project at work ), so I need to get around and make sure they're all crunching along before the changeover. Anybody else that's been on 'cruise control' for awhile should probably do the same.
