Can't connect to ARS team stir fry ????

I find this a little curious. Does the client normally attempt to connect to team Stir Fry for an update????

it is looking for one of the mirror sites, i am guessing that is one of the "official" mirrors for the updates

Yeah, there are 3 or 4. Team Stir Fry is one of them. I ran into that setting up my firewalls to allow clients to auto-update. :cool:

Check the spelling of teamstirfry

I think you will find there is an "R" missing

yearh, I believe that is Heretic's mirror which I know worked pretty well last update (he served quite a few GB of updates :smoking:).

Heretic is the cool guy hosting a lot of the Ars sites, including the Ars Food Court (http://www.arsfoodcourt.com/). He's also the guy behind the Prime Monster (http://ws9.jobnegotiator.com/) :notworthy

Since the teamstirfry is spelled wrong, I don't think it's Heretic's fault.
