Our colleagues here at the UCB Space Sciences Lab recently reported the first capture and analysis of interstellar dust particles (http://www.sfgate.com/science/article/Scientists-report-analysis-of-precious-space-5689454.php). They were aided by thousands of volunteers in the Stardust@home (http://stardustathome.ssl.berkeley.edu/) project.
