PrimeGrid PPS-Sieve ATI apps and GFN MAC ATI apps turned back on.

A little late on the announcement, but we've fixed and corrected two apps that had to be taken offline earlier this year.The ATI/AMD version of the PPS-Sieve app was put back online a couple of days ago.
