Which link locks up IE?
<rant>
IE is pretty much terminally broken anyway, though, so I'm not surprised. No support for CSS2, no support for a good number of other W3C standards, and it hasn't been changed (short of bugfixes, which don't count) in the past three years, at least.
If you want a browser that's actually undergoing active development (as in: new features are actually getting added), try Mozilla Firebird. Or Opera. Or Mozilla trunk (but that'll be much bigger and slower than Firebird). Or Netscape -- oh, wait, that's dead since AOL dumped the developers. Of course, every version of Netscape since 6.something or 7.something came from the Mozilla code anyway.
Or heck, Links or Lynx. ;)
Or Konqueror if you're on a Unix/Linux box (any of the above would also work on Unix or Linux).
Or Camino if you're on OSX (Camino is the OSX version of Mozilla).
