I started a thread over on the TGC board (http://www.thegenomecollective.com/forum/showthread.php?postid=39939#post39939) about some very strange production numbers.

Are any of you running multiple processor setups? If so, have you noticed anything like I have? Also, do you run an instance per CPU, or something different?

S0 you are saying that DF in a dual box sucks? One CPU hogs all the cycles?

I have the same problem. one of my boxes is a dual 1GHz and the other is 800Mhz both PIIIs. My 800 box goes through more wu fster then my dual 1GHz :confused:
