Those of us crunching Distributed Folding will notice that we've moved to a new protein, so check all your clients and make sure they've updated and that they're still running!

Here's what Howard had to say about our new protein:

About the new protein

The new protein is 105 residues long, and it is one we have worked on in Phase I. It is being used in order to compare results for the new algorithm. For the time being, we are keeping generation size at 100 structures.

Finally, if you haven't already, head over to our Distributed Folding forum to see what your teammates are up to!
