Fatal Error: [001.008]

After crashing sometime during my run I had a major error and a message that said there was not enough memory even though I have 512 MB on this particular machine. I had over 200 MB available at the time of the crash. I didn't save the entire message but now I am unable to upload upon restart and get: One moment...[NULL_Caption] FATAL ERROR: [001.008] Cannot open rotamer library. Hit Return. What is this?

Look for the file rotlib.bin.bz2 in the current directory. Is it there? What is its file size?
It could have become corrupted. Try re-downloading or re-installing to see if this fixes it.

This is about the fifth time this has happened on one of my machines. I find this odd. I can't check now as I had to completely delete the directory, reboot my system, and reinstall after rendering the software completely unusable. It's been running fine so far but their appears to be a problem somewhere. The next time this happens I will let you know and give you more detailed information.
