This system is currently offline due to a hardware problem. It will remain offline until sometime Friday evening, Feb 06, 2004.

I was wondering if anyone else could get to the stats now? My ISP frequently has problems with updating DNS, so, since I see nothing on the main stats page or on the DF stats, I'd like to know if the problem is on my end.

Bummer. I hope Dyyryath is calmer about broken computers than I am. There are few things more stressful than computers that won't work.

Hah! As near as I can remember from what he's described, Dyy is kind of a super-sysadmin for a newspaper company. Whatever, with the pharm he's got at home added in, if he gets very upset with a busted machine here & there, he's in a LOT of trouble, 'cause he's surrounded by computers!

Actually, the backend has been back up and gathering data most of the weekend. I simply decided to use the unforseen down time to 'tune' the rendering code a bit in preparation for it's use on the new Free-DC homepage.

The stats should be live again within the hour. :cool:
