I notice that the data protection in this forum is very disregarded, so I find nevertheless under:
a list of all participants including user name, mail address, etc.

ADMIN: Link removed, advertising the fact of the exploit that does not help whatsoever.

This has been explained before a number of times. There was a zero day exploit against vbulletin websites almost 2 years ago now.

This was patched as soon as vbulletin brought out a fix, if you want to complain, go over to vbulletin.org and complain there.

remove what data ? You want your user removed from the forum? I can certainly do that but you have not asked.

I do not have access to the data on the link you provided. Go tell them to remove it if they are the ones that stole it in the first place via the exploit.
