Structure Uploads

Howard, would it be possible to add a feature in the text client, so the intervals structures are uploaded could be changed rather than having it hard coded? On some slower machines it would be nice to set the upload interval to a 1000 or 2500, especially when we get to the finish of a protein. This could also be useful for faster machines where the interval could be set to 30000.

The only disadvantage I could see to doing this is, people might set the intervals to low and the traffic to your server would be tremendous. I guess one way to stop that problem would be set min and max interval limits. Well just a crazy idea :D

Just for your info, the interval is NOT hard coded. However, it is controlled by us. We wish to maintain control of this parameter, at least for the time being since it has a large impact on the load placed on our server(s). You can always upload by hitting 'q' though...
