i can't upload my results...looks like the data collecting servers are down...

on the df homepage i also don't see the stats (the small picture)

any1 else having problems or is it just my lame isp @ home having routing issues?
(no its not the one i'm working for)

rofn

edit: on df homepage / stats from time to time i'll get an error Unable to Initialize Databases....looks like the servers are getting hammered good from uploading those fast results...

another pro for a personal proxy solution...

Nope, you ain't alone there! :( I haven't had any luck uploading either and am running the boxes now in "offline" mode so they don't waste time trying to connect and waiting for time-outs. But meanwhile I'm going to keep them crunching DF.

same here...running offline too...I hope they come back soon....almost 60 gen. buffered....2 more boxen buffering too but i can't look how much it is there (windows)...

dy's stats didn't even update since 9 hours...

would be interesting to know if its just a technical problem on the df servers or if they are getting still hammered from clients updating to the new protein or they are getting hammered by results...

My 2 cents would be that they are getting hammered by clients trying to upload results. Some of the boxes get through every now and then, more often "then" :) heh heh ..... dry humor there. Some fast XPs just grind through a generation in nothing flat, so there has to be a horrific number of systems trying to upload results. Oh well, maybe by tomorrow there will be something in the news on their site about it.

i guess so, too...
perhaps they are trying to break the world record of incoming connections? *lol*
now i wonder even more why the staff of df didn't answered my thread in the official forum about a personal proxy solution....
