Can't Find Trajactory File

Erm I do have a xxxxxxxx_protein_235.trj any ideas or do I just delete the filelist.txt and start again (I've been able to upload what structures I had buffered)

Back up your directory (hey, you never know... ;)) and rename the _235.trj file to be _234.trj. Sometimes the client will run after doing that kind of thing. It might complain that the first generation has already been done when you upload it, but as long as it doesn't give you a status 910 or whatever after that, you should be OK.

If you do try this and it does give you a status 910 after the first gen, then you can restore the directory and maybe try some of the other suggestions that I'm sure people will come up with. :) (Or who knows, maybe you'll try them first.)

If you have another system running, just copy its *.trj file over renaming it to what it should be.
