pay careful attention to the success/failure of autoupdate, so that we can provide good feedback to howard

No problems this time (WinMe)
This new protein's larger (62), but it folds quite fast (well, I don't think that anything would fold slow on XP1.7GHz :smoking: )

Hmm . . .the autoupdate went quite well, although I did have to close my clients and reopen them for the update to take place (they were already running on my three boxes when I received Howards email).

My NT4 and W2K boxen updated slick as swamp scum. But of two nearly-identical 98SE boxen, one updated automatically and one hung. Dunno. I'll document it for Howard.
Overall, a LOT better! :D
