Protein update and back-end changeover
A protein and client update will take place on Tuesday, April 20, at 11:00 am EST. The client update will accomodate the new ticketing system backend that will be put into place during the update. Please make sure to upload your buffered results ahead of time to avoid server backlog.

What is the referenced "ticketing system"?

The beta client used it for uploading. It was supposed to help with phantom missing gen errors, or something like that.
