Need advice on a new business.

I am in the process of tring to start a new business with a few other people I work with. I have had to keep everything hush hush around here and its driving me nuts. I know there is a vast knowedge base here and I need some advice. I am a production manager, cad/cam programer and soon to be part owner of a cabinet shop. I need help.
