i think i IRC channel for the md5 project would be pretty cool. Maybe you can do something about it?

Try irc.free-dc.org:6667 #md5crk. Currently it's just me in there, but the channel is available if you want to use it.

The IRC channel seems to be going well so far, 7 users in it's first hour or so of operation :)
