I'll post here in case the other isn't seen:

New client from Daemon auto-update, gives the following error and can't upload:

Sparc 32 bit version gives:
========================[ Apr 22, 2004 7:26 PM ]========================
Starting foldtrajlite built 2004.04.22
Thu Apr 22 19:26:58 2004 ERROR: [001.001] {foldtrajlite2.c, line 2123} Caught sig 11

when running with -qt argument.
Works fine without -qt.

It seems that if the client uploads all the old 58 results before updating there isn't a problem - once it has any old 58 results and is on the new client, it won't upload anything :(

right, purged all the 58 results from one client and *still* get the Apache error....what is going wrong?

it seems web4 - web10 don't accept uploads...

I had a few gens from the 58AA protein buffered just due to backlog, then about an hour and a half ago the new executable tried to upload, got a 404 on /cgi-bin/fileUploader (sorry, don't remember which server), and never retried the upload. Manually running it (with -ut) shows the same HTTP 500 error now.

I've cleared ALL results (58AA and 131AA) to see if that helps (maybe the 58AA not uploading properly screwed up the 131AA results somehow), but I'm not through gen 0 yet. 1600 and counting...

Edit: Oh, pfb, that could be it; maybe a bunch of the web servers are messed up. Oh well, I'll still let it start over from gen 0 (seeing as I don't have a choice, as rm is permanent ;)), and see if that changes anything. Can you upload to web1-3, or haven't you seen your clients try them yet?

haven't seen them try web1 to web3 - lowest is always web4 but then I must've upload something as the stats say my best rms is 10.32 (but the only client that could've come from is one that won't upload....)

it's a bit annoying when I can see uploads happening but I can't upload...

one of my clients has now recieved a receipt.txt file so I assume it's uploading OK - just sits there on the 'Verifying status of previous upload' so maybe web1-3 got a previous upload but now web4-10+ is being hit...

who knows...? just have to wait....

now all the clients are reporting 908 - INCORRECT PROTEIN :bang:

And some stats look odd - could it be that the old protein points are being allocated to this protein? Some people have 1million+ already on this slow protein...

So, says the 1 handed Folder, I am not the only one to notice the stats going weird on us :bonk:

I'm getting the same errors as the first post. Additionally, I had old work which was buffered due to server down for maintance and this seems to be a big problem.
I don't want to delete this old work, around 10,000 gens now.

What can I do to get the old work and the new work to upload?

Nothing, or very little, is uploading, just buffering now, but everything is set to auto upload, etc etc.

HELP! I'm dying here....
