Two eon clients on HT box?

What's your take on running to instances on a HT linux box. One doesn't seem to be running anywhere near full potential. Am I just going to hurt the production overall for this box?

Seems to have evened out a bit since then.

I've ran it on a HT P4 2.8 with two instances and it seemed about even. It's the same behaviour on a real dual proc also.
