New version of the stats

I've just moved my beta version of the new stats engine into live for Eon (http://stats.open-dc.org/eon) and ran it.

Big thanks to Dyyryath and IronBits for the stylesheet. There are still features to add, but at least it looks a lot better now.

I'll be moving all of the other project stats to this style in the next hour or so.

Let me know if you see anything odd, and check the TODO (http://stats.open-dc.org/todo.php) list for things I intend to do, anything not on the list, give me a shout.

Hey, BOK! It's now 09:44 CDT and the stats haven't updated since 05:38.
I need an fresh, "clean" update for my testing.

Could you maybe urge things along a bit? Pleeeeeze? :D

The stats are running ok.. if you check here (http://stats.open-dc.org/) the 'last update check' is when I run the check on the url to get the current stats from the server. If there are no updates I do not run the page(s) generation script, so the 'Last Page Generated' time does not get updated.

I'm formulating a way to mark this as RED to indicate a potential error with the project :). In this case, the Eon server is down again. Graeme should have an email fom the server which I expect he will read when he gets into work soon (west coast).
