While many people here may not have known that I was ever something other than Free-DC, I was a team leader at Ars Technica Team Crab Cake until a couple of weeks ago. I had been the leader for over a year, and had lost more than a little interest in anything Ars Technica, spending more and more time over here. I left TCC, not telling them where I was going, only to preven them form following me because I was the team leader (and I know that more than a couple of them would).
So, I sorta took a couple of weeks to sit in limbo, spending waaayyyyy to much time on IRC, and decided that I should make the complete move to Free-DC. I've considered you people my DC team for quite a while now, and I am happy to say that you are my only DC home.
I don't bring much more computer power over to the team, but I do bring over all of my cheerleading and co-ordinating abilities. I also bring over my ability to not sit on any one project for more than two months. :)
And for whoever wants them, I have quite a few articles and FAQ stuff done for UD/Grid.org that I never finished. They are about 85% done, with minor editing and polishing left to do. If anyone wants them, drop me a lie at steven(at)scripko(dot)org .

PS: I took my fridge back that I was lending TCC, so we now have a fridge designed to handle the needs of 200 active members available. So I expect you all to drink just as much!
