The team and user stats are now updated, roughly, every 15 minutes.

In order to reduce the load on our server, the numeric statistics are only recomputed roughly every fifteen minutes.

well as I suppose Current Test Ranges still recalculates every half a hour.

Fixed.

But the change won't take effect until the currently-cached stats expire in about 10 minutes, so don't complain until then! =)
