Jim just sent me an email, saying that he might get to come home in about 30 more days.
He's been there now for 1 year and 2 months so far.
He sent along a picture I'd like to share with you all :D

I salute your son for serving. Only one Congressman/Senator serving today has a son/daughter on active duty.

It's always the common men/women who serve the country. The elite can't be bothered to sacrifice for their country.
