anybody activated their account?

i put my SETI email into the form (http://setiboinc.ssl.berkeley.edu/sah/sah_email_form.php) this afternoon and still have no email from them


has any body else activated thier SETI account on Boinc ( :tramp: ) yet?

how long did it take to get the email?
i hope i don't have to make a new account :help:

cheese and rice, i just tried it again and the email came through immediately :rolleyes:

off to a great start

now i can get Boinc ( :tramp: ) going on my laptop tonight, sometime tomorrow it will finish the first unit. then i can wait several days to get my work validated and get some points/stats

Fobot,

So far Seti and Predictor behave pretty well together under BOINC on Win XP. The same things that speed up S@H Classic WU rate are effective under BOINC as well.

i never got any credit for Predictor, my work was never verified or whatever, so i removed it
i am hoping with the much larger population of users in SETI that i might get some points :viking:

You'll see some points soon. After 24 hours I have some now. predictor took a couple of days.
