I would hate to dump 291 gens:bang:

You have somehow gotten out of sync. The good news: You should NEVER have to "dump" more than 249 gens, as it starts over every 250.

The bad news: You may have to dump up to 249 gens.

Step 1: Make a backup of your DF directory, just in case.

Run this, regardless of OS. If Windows, then do it in a DOS box, in your DF directory.

Step 2: .\foldtrajlite -purgeuploadlist 1

Step 3: .\foldtrajlite -f protein -n native -ut

Repeat steps 2 & 3 until step 3 stops giving errors and uploads the bulk of your gens.

Step 4: Download a fresh copy from DFHQ, clean out & rebuild your directory & start fresh.

If it all gets too tedious, skip directly to step 4 & we'll try to sort it out later.
