Linspire aka Lindows, tried yet?

Hi,
I may come back soon, but does anyone know if I can use Linspire for this?

I am going to try Linspire soon and
Although it is Linux based, Linspire seems to be slightly different, from what I have read.

Linspire should run this just fine. I believe it uses Sun's JDK, with probably others available as well.

I have since heard/read that Linspire is based on: Debian Linux
- Debian Linux is based on: GNU(OS tools)/Linux(kernel)
- Linux is based on: Unix

Looking for software to run:
If I were using anything other than Linspire or Debian GNU/Linux,
I would feel safe running anything written for Unix, but, I'm not.

I am hoping that trying to run something not written for Linspire will give me some kind of warning. :)

I should have Linspire by thursday and vacation starting friday; I will be full of hum's and ha's next week. lol

well, Linspire is installed.
If you try to try it, i suggest playing close attention to video card list.

i'm not going to give them a credit card number for the 15day trial so i won't be installing any fun stuff soon.
