With basic Google skills (http://www.google.com/search?hl=en&ie=UTF-8&q=top+5000+primes&btnG=Google+Search) I was able to find the URL in question (http://www.utm.edu/research/primes/). And the site works fine for me... musta just been a short-lived network issue.
