It was planned. They were only allowing 1000 users to sign up initially for this beta test.

It is not my intention to take anything from D2OL.
I am looking forward to the battle with ARS in that project.

I do however have a soft spot for this project and would like Free-DC to be competitive.

I'm also looking forward to see how much can we make a day at D2OL. Next wednesday I think FreeDC_AMD_Team will start :stomp:. Right now I'm sieving.

In my point of view FreeDC should first take a first place in any DC project, and this is an easy project to do, to next go to another project like D2OL. By being first here we can grab a bunch of new members. Then we can easily go for first place at D2OL.

But who am I? I'm nobody. I will go where the waves go.

Since this is Free-DC we can do whichever project takes our fancy.
Folks will try selling there pet projects to you, but you are free to walk on by without sampling the wares.

Looking at the numbers participating in LHC growing daily it might turn out to be a major project.
Might not be as easy as we think.
