Reborged as I didn't get my new job

Didn't get the new job but did get a very slack afternoon and have completely rejigged my borgage.

TSC now has 10 P4 2.8s
D2OL now runs with 10 P4s mostly 2.8s
FaD has 5 P3s and 4 Athlons

That's pretty much all I can grab, and upload via sneakernet techniques.
