Open ports sb.pns.net

I was yesterday testing if ports 80, 8080, 3128, 22 are still open for clients to connect to sb.pns.net and noticed that only port 1717 is open. Is this true?

remember sometimes ago they was open. at least 3128 and 80
somebody forget to reenable them on a new server =))

those ports are open on sbp.pns.net - not sb.pns.net.
