SOB V2 SSE2 on Multi-Proc Linux

Does anybody know how to optimize SOB V2 (SSE2) on a multi processor Linux machine? Now I 'am running mulitple instances (in separate folders) with load balancing between the CPU's. .....there must be a better way.....

The optimizations required would not necessarily create more benefit than running multiple instances. Plus, it would be a lot of work that would be diverted from more cost effective objectives. At least, that's how it has been explained to me before.
