As is usual all companies save up bad new for Christmas.

Ours is no different it seems.

We have lost the support contract here and have been served notice.

Oh well looks like losing my borgage was just the tip of the iceberg.

Anyone got a job?:D

Wow, I'm really sorry to hear that Fozzie. I know how you feel, the two companies I worked for before my current job both ended up in the same fate. My father works as a engineer for a Japanese semi-conductor company, and they have outsourced every position except for his to China. He's been hanging on a thread, waiting to loose his job for the past few months now. I hope everything works out for you, I sometimes wonder myself how long my current company will be able to afford to have a full time coder. Good luck to you in your job hunting my friend.

That sucks, Foz. I can't imagine what it would be like to suddenly find myself looking for work. :(

Sorry to hear that mate. Being jobless sucks. My husband went through a long period of that. Good luck you to!

I DO and it DOES! Hope yer not out anytime at all man...or at least are back when you want to go back...a nice vacation is always good right about now...

and the handover period has been extended to July 2005.

So Christmas at casa Foz is back off hold and we shall see what the New Year will bring.

Hopefully loads of boxen :D

and with a feckin' Internet connection too, getting tired of sneaker netting.:bonk:
