Screensaver no internet option and Dual-CPU Windows service

I've implemented these two requested features (if you poke me enough I eventually cave). You can run the service twice as a service now. It seems to work. On teh screensaver you can now tell it in the config to not access the internet. This is for modem users so it wont pop-up your dialup window when you dont want to connect.

I have no way to test the latter as I don't use modems any more (too high tech :smoking: ). It would be helpful if I had one or two people test it out for us before I unleash it to make sure it does what I think it does. Alright Howard! I knew you would eventually do it if I just worked on how to explain myself cleary enough ;)

So did you end up using a config file to store the service name so your client would know which one to register?
