I don't know what is worse, not being able to crunch data, or not getting ANY news at all about just what the heck is going on.

I have dedicated 700 days of processing time. Is this the thanks I get? A wall of silence??

I understand your frustration, hang in there.
There are other projects you can move over to, until this one gets going again.
