For Howard or Elena:
In past threads you have referred to things in your 2002 paper. The link to it from distributedfolding.org goes to an abstract, but there doesnt seem to be full text there without "ordering" (paying?). Is this paper publicly available somewhere? (actually, i'm really just looking for that formula you referred to for probabilities of a given RMSD, but i'd love to try and wade through the rest as well :D). Can I as a mere protein-folding mortal get this article or do i have to be subscribed to that journal?

Well. most universities have online subscriptions to those kinds of journals to all students and faculty, so if this applies to you, check at your library. I can also send reprints (glossy colour reprints) to anyone who requests (got about 100 of them). I believe copyright laws prevent us from posting the PDF on a public web site, but if you send me a private e-mail, I could accidentally attach the PDF in my reply or something like that.
