Team switching feature sucks.

'Nuff said. My team is listed as 2020 in my user panel. I clicked Save. It returned a job. The job showed up on stats. I'm still stuck with XPC.

I'm beginning to get annoyed.

Perhaps you should email THINK at support@find-a-drug.co.uk and ask them to manually do it.

I'm thinking about simply going on to another project. When it gets down to the basics, I'm involved in DC because of psychological reasons. I think I'll give up on my 1,000,000 points goal and try and find another project.

Maybe I'll go back to Riesel Sieve or try NFSNET.

Definitely email Keith at the support email address first.

I am sure it will be a simple fix to move your account and don't worry, you won't loose any points.

(I've lost count how many times he's helped me out and he doesn't hang about either.)

You are hitting SAVE (and connected to the internet) when you change the team number.

If you got any CGI errors you need to retry the save (the setup window will close itself when succesful)

You don't even need to reinstall the client, the team information is taken from the last SAVED client
for jasong that is 4006186 installation.

Double check it and resave it as above.

It should change at the next stats update (so give it 12hrs or so to make sure ;))
you don't have to have sent another job in.

the only installation that seems to has sent jobs in in the past fortnight is 1005770 So I would double check everything. And Re-Save
