I don't know which one of you wiseguys is doing it but for the last month or so have been having outages all over my lil garden. I was gone to Philly for the past 5 days (sister graduated from U of Pennsylvania with a computer science degree...congrats to her!!!) and a fuse popped while I was away shutting down 6 of my workhorse machines.

Anyways, I have put bear and furball traps all over my compound now in order to avoid future shutdowns!!! Just in time for the bbq. PY 222, just remember I want mine medium rare.

I do love my Prime Rib. If I can't get that though, I'll take bottom round cuz the way those DPC'ers show off their :moon: in the forum, that's where the real supply of meat is.

Now, I must contemplate of the rub to go with this excellent cut, either a dry rub or wet rub. What do you prefer?

I heard the bottom round of DPC'ers is like veal because they sit on it so much. Of course you would have to marinate it for a while. On second thought, maybe I don't want that cut. They have so much cow (for lack of a better word considering there are younger audiences in here at times) POOPY coming out about how they're going to take us in a stampede that it might have spoiled the cut!
