Hi!
With the previous protein you would select the best out of the 5000 structures and upload the entire protein.
There must be some sort of selection going on with this new one, because I noticed that the file <handle>_protein_xxxxxx.val.bz2 also changes name every now and then. I assume that this means, that structure xxxxxx is the best of the batch. How is that determined when we no longer keep track of RMSD?
