I normally don't do this but I am rather bored and would like see some more action in here. So, here I am, with my gauntlet thrown towards the Gauntleteers.

Project: eOn
Objective: Race to 1 million points.
Prize: Bragging rights for a whole day.

So, what do you all say?

I think he will join us. At the moment he is using the Keeper of the Fridge nick and probably more two!?


Let me remind you all of one thing. Right now PY222 has:

118 processors on FAD
1 processor on RC5-72
2-3 processors on SOB

If he puts everything on eOn we will see an output of ~50-60k a day or even more.

How did you calculate that I have 118 processors on FaD?

I honestly think that I don't have that many on FaD although I really cannot be certain.

I'm slowing down on eon, basically shut down at the moment. Been pressing hard on eon for some time and got a little above my "meelion" and wish you all the best in your press for your "meelion" PY. :) There are a couple other things I'l like to crunch for a while.

Man, I reinstalled EoN just so I could participate in this. Oh, well, it took me all of 5 minutes, so no biggie.

I'm going to start a new bang-for-buck thread in the main forum, that 7 seconds per unit stat I saw is driving me nuts!!!!

I am now racing against time to 1 million.

If you don't think you can do 1 million, perhaps you can do 50k or even 25k. It all depends on how much you think you can put in to this project.

FYI, I've just started to move about almost half of my pharm to eOn and so far so good. Will see how this pans out in the stats tomorrow. ;)

Since we're giving FYIs, I'm thinking I'll have a job interview or two on Thursday. The reason I'm saying this is that the only reason I don't have a pharm is I had to quit my last job(a piece of garbage, btw) because of health concerns.

If I get an interview, I'll post in the lounge and update as needed.

At the moment, though, I've got an SOB sieving task that I'm absolutely sick of, and therefore want to get rid of as soon as possible. Hopefully, in about 3.5 days I'll be able to email my files and say goodbye for a while.

Then I'll probably get into EoN, which seems like an awesome concept.

I like the client, it's simple and easy to run. But I've been having a hard time getting work. Most of the time the client is doing nothing, with the Sleep for 60 seconds message displayed. BTW I'll let this run along with F@H for about a week under the Gauntleteers username.

I had to quit eon, at least for awhile.Every time I got on the net while it was running, it would cause errors in Firefox.I don't have a clue why this was happening,but it did,and when I tried running two boxes on it with my dsl connection, they didn't play nice with each other!!:dunno:
