I stuttered through my school attendance proposal with my dad. But, and this is tentative, he accepted it with some yet to be determined conditions.

What am I talking about? I'll tell you...

Basically I asked my dad to

(1) Help me monetarily with a college semester, and...

(2) Depending on my returning satisfactory grades, returning all or part of the rent paid during those semesters...

Potentially, $384 a month, and since it includes the disqualification of rent for that past semester, it's ALL basically Mad Money.

I don't want to jinx myself, but I'm excited. With a fair amount of work, I can more than quadruple the spending money I have available per month, with the condition it's paid when the grades are supplied.

I'm so excited.:bouncy: :bouncy: :bouncy: :bouncy: :bouncy:

If I stay at UCA and don't decide to attend a different college, it's probably going to be computer science.

Here's the thing:

Maybe it's my mental illness making up a fake memory, but I seem to remember a guy I met telling me about someone who wrote out an "equation" that approximately governs the evolution of language from the beginning. If his equation actually exists, it probably proves that the "Tower of Babel" story in the Bible is literal fact. Also, whether it proves the Bible story or not, understanding the theory behind the equation could improve translation algorithms that, quite frankly, suck at the moment.

That's my ultimate dream, to help build a kickass translation program based on the idea that the human race really did start out the way the Bible says we did.

No I don't think that's a fake memory engram.. I vaguely rememeber hearing something...
Sounds like something out of that film "Sneakers" where this mathamatition builds the ultimate key decoder that removes the encryption from stuff like banking / ATC centres etc it's the ultimate KEY..

Sounds like a good project...
