QNX RTOS 6.2 was released today with the integrated development environment Momentics. http://www.qnx.com
If you want to download it, get the Momentics download at around 195MB. It has the RTOS 6.2 in it.
I'm going to throw DF on it and see how it compares to Linux on speed.
