    Moving the proxy...

I'm in the process of moving the dnetproxy from the old box to the new.. SHOULD be seamless I hope..

I shut down the old one and started up a temporary one pointing to the new box, I'm in the process now of copying over the logs and such and will start this one up soon...

So, I don't think anything will be lost at all. ppstats is migrated, but not run yet. That'll take an hour or so, as long as there are no problems.. It will have to be in stats3.free-dc.org for a while though.. I'll post the full address when done..

    new ppstats are at http://stats3.free-dc.org/dnet/ogr/byemail.html

i.e. just change stats to stats3 for whichever page you want to use... all seems to be working.

Bok, is any action required on our d.net clients?

http://stats.free-dc.org/dnet/ogr/byemail.html seems to be outdated while http://stats3.free-dc.org/dnet/ogr/byemail.html is up to date... do we have to change our favourites too? or are you pointing to the new server with the old name in near future?

Once I move the stats over it will return to being stats.free-dc.org, for now you'll have to use stats3.free-dc.org to reference it..

It is not so clear to me:
point the dnet-client to stats.free-dc.org or something different? (currently pointing to stats without '3')

I just put my "main" clients to standard distributed.net keyservers because in stats3-ppstats and official stats I only have 4 gnodes, which does my PS3 in 4 hours, but it ran longer!

    Please advice! Thanks!

Yeah, something isn't quite right or I'm misunderstanding too. The Free-DC PProxy stats say I did 1.76T yesterday but my local PProxy says I did 11.04T.

http://stats3.free-dc.org/dnet/ogr/byemail.html says now that I had 28.61 T today, which might be the missing nodes/stubs from yesterday ?!?!?

I just wanted to point one "test" client to stats3 instead of stats and take a look at the stats (a lot of "stats" in this sentence ) but now I'm totally

pproxy.free-dc.org is where you should be pointing it. This resolves to the same box as stats3 (and www.free-dc.org)

stats.free-dc.org is the old box, though it still has a proxy running, which in turn points to pproxy.free-dc.org.

Your DNET clients should be looking at pproxy.free-dc.org to get WORK.

Your eyes should be looking to
    http://stats3.free-dc.org/dnet/ogr/byemail.html for OGR
    or
    http://stats3.free-dc.org/dnet/rc572/byemail.html for RC5
    for STATS.

When the dust settles, soon, you will focus your eyes back to
    http://stats.free-dc.org/dnet/ogr/byemail.html for OGR
    or
    http://stats.free-dc.org/dnet/rc572/byemail.html for RC5
    for STATS.

Hmm. My local pproxy has been using stats.open-dc.org for months now. I've just changed it over to pproxy.free-dc.org.
