There are alot of "Refurbished" items on there site that "look" like good deals. But when reading their info regarding refurbished items it looks to me like they can take something back via return process for what ever reason and put it up on their sight with out doing anything to it (including check to see if it works) and sell it again as "refurbished".
Seems like playing the lottery to me?

Some people get complete packages. I got a refurb mobo and it came just like they said it could. No cables, driver cd, or book. Mine was not a 'deal'.
