Unable to set/create Avatar

When visiting the Edit Avatar page: http://www.free-dc.org/forum/profile.php?do=editavatar , I can not locate any options to edit my avatar. The only option is No Avatar.

Avatars are small graphics that are displayed under your username whenever you post.

Note: if you have a custom avatar selecting this option will delete it.


I do not see anything in any of the settings where this might be set... ?

The forum is set such that brand new users cannot do that to prevent spamming, you need at least 10 posts to get through the spam filters. I can change that manually for users if need be.

I was wondering if that might be the case although I couldn't locate anything about that...
