Status 5 error

I've had a couple of computers come up with this error and the client goes into snooze mode. I have to remove it and start with a new molecule. Anyone know what causes this?

Who says you have to remove it & start new?

Were there any words with it or just "status 5"?

Did you try looking on the FAD forum?

Thanks for answering another of my problems. If you bring up the queue it says under status the number 5 and it is an orange color. The client cannot be taken out of snooze mode. If I reset it, it goes back to work and then locks up again. I've tried removing the unit and letting it start on another molecule only to have it lock up again. The only thing that gets it working again is for me to uninstall FAD and reinstall it.

I went to look at the forums when it first happened and it said the FAD forums were down.
