As of 0800 EST 12/20/03 Ars had equaled our production.
I never can resist a twofer!
ATM, however, Howard's network is mighty hosed up... again.
China: I don't think it's a problem. It's just the wildly erratic network. Probably less than half of all results are getting through.
Paratima,
I'm an idiot...can you tell me what's happening? I don't see much action on the DF board and I'm just curious :D
Chinasaur
The latest protein has 100 steps instead of 50.
Howard has doubled the credit.
It folds faster than the previous protein so there will be a big rise in production.
ARS out produced us on the last update
Veneficus Fortis has borged a lot of boxen probably for the duration of the holiday.
Yeah..I ran the first beta and knew about the 100 vs 50.
Didn't know about the doubling of credit though. Thks :)
2 more weeks until I can grab some boxen again.
Might get hold of 2 or 3 before then though.
When it rains soup, carry a bucket! :p
Oh man! I am seriously missing out. :(
OMG !!! ^^^^^
:|party|: :|party|: Lookie who's back! :|party|: :|party|:

It's the Georgia Peach! (newly-adopted, that is)
Welcome back, Moogster!
Get a dial-up & download the latest. Get a box or two crunching offline! It's raining soup!! ;)
Or just chill & we'll wait for you. (The way one hog waits for another! Old Georgia expression. :p )
It seems like the rain stopped...
My points per update of Dyyryath's stats had almost halved over the last few hours.
WTF? I had to hack my way through the on-again-off-again VPN tunnel to see what was up with the farm.
Nothing was up. Everything crunching along - all 14 of the identical little darlings. But they are like a bunch of ladies that spend too much time together - they all get in sync. Darn near every one was just past gen0 or in gen 0. Low points down there.
Ah well- they'll be back to normal output shortly.
Thanks guys. Just on now and again. I've got an old laptop that I drug along and can get on-line via dial up but it's slooooowwww....not so sure it can even run DF. My other boxen are in storage atm...not so sure I want to lug them upstairs (I'm on the second floor) for something that's going to be temporary.Quote:

I have to say...it's tempting though.
I'm not up on the current Georgia expressions yet, but I'll work on it. :D
All's I know is that I've been called darlin, sweetheart and honey, more times since I've been here than in my hole life, AND...most of the people that called me that were younger than me. :)
Crunch on!
*cough* Only "most of the people", ermm Should that not be all ;):geezer:Quote:

Crunch on!
/me does a serious fade :D
Richard: I think that comment is a case of "you can run, but you cannot hide!" :scared: :D
Merry christmas everyone!
Welcome back darlin'.......er, Miss Moogie! (Get used to it, lol)
BTW, now that you're here in the South, I'll edumacate you on something else too: Barbecue is something you eat, NOT what you cook it on. ;)

As far as BBQ...I'm learning that one fast. Oh, and what is this thing about the food?? Collard (sp?) greens? Fried Okra? In all seriousness...the bbq here is great stuff. One thing I have noticed is that they fry things...alot.
I'll take any edumacating I can get. I think we are all sufferring from culture shock. :D
Well, of course you are! That's because you are now where all the culture is located! ;)Quote:

Big piece of culture, served with bisquits and gravy :)
Is that so? Heh...I know quite a few people from the San Franscisco Bay area that would argue the point. ;)Quote:

And what's all this about raining soup and borging buckets? Oh, and the hogs waiting for hogs...
Where I come from, I just have to worry about 6'4" men, decked out in a party dress, complete with violet hair and spiked heels. :D
Ah yes, the Land of Fruit and Nuts! :p
LOL! True that! I always wondered what category I feel into. I feel I am more of a veggie.Quote:

Well, that just goes with the soup that it's been raining!
 Why do I have the feeling that this thread self-destructed somewhere along the line? :rotfl:
It did? I don't see where. It's been raining soup? Veggie soup? AAAAAAAhhhhhh...watch out for them taters...the onions could take your eyes out.Quote:
